Starting is free to discover how much equity you can release. Should you choose to proceed with the transaction through the program, there is a uniform fee of 2.4%* of the home sale price of your previous residence.

The equity release amount is calculated using our exclusive algorithm, which considers your home’s estimated value, the current market scenario, anticipated market risks, your financial details, existing mortgages, and more. You’ll receive a portion of your total home equity upfront via Linkhome Home Loans, Inc., before you sell your home. The remaining equity will be given to you after the sale, minus any transaction and program fees.

No worries! We include all properties in our program, regardless of how long they have been on the market, and adjust the Equity Release Amount based on the risk profile of your property.

Linkhome collaborates with premier agents across the country to streamline the home buying and selling process, making it more reliable and gratifying for everyone. If your home does not sell within 90 days after you close on your new property, Linkhome will purchase the property and continue to assist in its sale. Any profits from the sale, after Linkhome’s costs are subtracted, will be paid to you.
